Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping from Printful's international facilities to get your orders to you as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 2-7 business days, and delivery times vary based on your location. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link to follow its journey to your door.

For Australian customers, please allow 5-10 business days after processing for delivery. International shipping times may vary depending on your region and local postal services, but you can generally expect your order within 7-21 business days. Please note that customs fees or taxes may apply in some regions, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns
Since each item is custom-made, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if there is an issue with the quality of the product, or if you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order.
